CBSCEM was established by the ch. Beeri singh siksha samit, Agra in the year 2009. The institute is affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida (formerly U.P. Technical University, Lucknow) and recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
