Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) - Faculty of Engineering and Technology is located at Sector– 43 on Delhi – Surajkund Road in Faridabad (Haryana).

History

MRIU, formerly Career Institute of Technology and Management (CITM) was established in the year 1997 with the approval of AICTE and was affiliated with MDU, Rohtak. Govt. of Haryana granted autonomous status to the Institute in July 2008.  Subsequently UGC, Govt of India granted ‘Deemed to be University’ Status to the Institute in the name of Manav Rachna International University in the year 2009.

Over the last few years the department of engineering has seen excellent placement with many of its students placed in Armed Forces, Public and Private sector corporations including BSNL,NHPC, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, L&T Infotech, HCL, Hewitt, Satyam, Tata Telecom, NIIT, Siemens, Huawei, Airtel etc.

Student Activities

Extracurricular & co-curricular activities including annual fests, Seminars, Workshops, Symposiums, Exhibitions, Cultural get together and a variety of Competitions are a part and parcel of the Campus life.
