Educational Requirements: PhD in Life Sciences.
Qualifications: Previous experience in the management of major Government projects especially in the programs mentioned above. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Proven track record in project management.
Experience Requirements: 1. A minimum of ten years documented experience in government service handling grant management, project implementation and man management.
