Educational Qualification:
• Deputy General Manager: Candidate must have passed BE/ B. Tech/ M. Sc/ MBA/ degree in Agriculture/ Electronics Communication/ Computer/ or its equivalent
• Personal Assistant: Candidate should be passed graduation degree in computer science/ BCA or its equivalent.
• Manager: applicants must have passed BE/ B. Tech/ M. Sc/ MBA degree in Computer/ Agriculture/ Electronics and Communication or its equivalent
• Assistant Branch Manager: applicants must have passed graduation in Mathematics/ Commerce/ Economics or its equivalent
• Assistant Field Officer: applicants must have passed graduate in agriculture science or its equivalent qualification
Pay scale: selected candidates will be given a salary as mentioned below.
Deputy General Manager: selected candidates will be given Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs. 6600/- per month
Manager: selected candidates will be given Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay Rs. 5400/- per month
Personal Assistant: selected candidates will be given of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade pay Rs. 5400/- per month
Assistant Branch Manager: selected candidates will be given 5200-20200/- with Grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month
Assistant Field Officer: selected candidates will be given Rs. 5200-20200/- with Grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month
Selection method: appointment of the candidates will be made on the performance in written test and personal interview.
